Tom Baker Software Ltd

TBSoft is a software consultancy company based in West Dorset, UK. 

Tom has 25 years software engineering experience in software design, algorithm development, code, test and AI. In the last 15 years he has primarily worked on embedded software for underwater electronics; diving equipment, sensors, data loggers and comms, including Windows and Android applications for factory support and training. His recent contract work has been diverse, for example using AWS, WebRTC and AI training. He has extensive aircraft mission system experience, most recently with a rear-crew training system contract at Lockheed Martin. Previously at BAE Systems he was the technical lead on the Nimrod MRA4 Tactical Command System (rear-crew) and earlier was design authority for BAE's torpedo real-time simulators. He has a Mathematics PhD.
